Could +net look at this ticket. I was supposed to be back on BT network with Max. It didn't happen. I am currently syncing at 6080Kb/608Kb. The only reply I got was from a bot saying:

I didn't get this reply on tuesday either. I got it at 9:45am today.

I thought I would try post it on the forums. Worth a try! :lol:

Got a reply. According to BT I am love on their system but still syncing at 6240Kb/640Kb and when I try to check avalability on other ISP websits I get a uncompatable product is on my line. aka Tiscali. :roll:

The ticket you link to has been closed by yourself but I have escalated another on your account to the correct team to look into this for you.

BT's systems show the order as complete last week - but something looks to have gone wrong somewhere if you're still syncing at the same speeds.

Hopefully our Broadband Operations Team will be able to look into this for you.

I'm in the same boat; BT order "completed" but still LLU'd. Gets very, very frustrating, doesnt it?
