Ticket 20152082 open since 12:28am Wednesday 30th Aug

Hi there,

I have been stuck at 2 meg since being maxxed. After waiting 10 days, I raised a ticket on the 26th august and after the usual two-ing and fro-ing, I was asked to submit speed tests when directly connecting to BT. These showed (I believe) that BT were throttling my line. However, since submitting the results I have heard absolutely nothing from Support. I understand that there have been some other crises -- especially with email -- but I would like to know what is happening about my line and a time scale for resolution.

Best Wishes
Ziggy

With due respect, the fact that you are presently receiving 2MB broadband would suggest to me that your issue is not a priority!
That said, I'm sure they will try to resolve it with you soon.

Seventhstar,

May I beg to differ. I was maxxed but the process has not functioned properly (it appears) from the BT end. Surely, if upgrades are to go smoothly, this is just the kind of issue that needs resolution. I have not been screaming hysterically, I have patiently gone through the proper channels. What I would like is information -- like what is happening and a timescale for when the problem is likely to be fixed. The target for ticket closures is 4 hours, though I believe it is currently an average of 14 hours. My ticket has been open for some 60 hours...
