Ticket #17862491 confusion

A ticket has been raised on my account by CS. It shows two attached files, both pages of a letter sent by myself in complaint. There are no comments on the ticket at all. Confusion has set in :?

Hi Mark,

That's normal. Whenever we receive a letter we scan it and attach it to a ticket, the Team Leaders will then arrange for the letter to be address as appropriate and close the ticket off. It's so that we have a full audit trail of all correspondance in one place - Contact Us.
