I just sifted through the user comments on all of the other ISP providers out there, ever heard that the grass is greener on the other side?? Well have a read...... you'll soon see thats NOT the case!!

Hi,

The last thing we want to appear is like we are the contract police. It must be stated though that we do buy the ADSL product in a annual or monthly contract from BT who are the wholesalers in the UK and we have to pass the same commitment on to our customers who have chosen either monthly or annual contracts.

We are commited to providing quality support and services and we are aware that over the last few days we have had our fair share of negative feedback.

We do expect to be making a announcement shortly in order to clarify the status of our work we will be carrying out over the next few days.
