The slowness is bad!

For the past two days or so I have noticed my internet browsing has slowed down considerably, why is this? Even the Plus Net portal is as slow as a snail, trying to navigate my way to get to the link for this post has taken ages. I also noticed when I logged on using the local rate dial up option, I got connected faster and the links were up to normal speed. Has the Connect dial up facility been slowed down for any reason?

Hi,

The slow speeds may be associated with the load on your local exchange especially as the 0845 number is working fine. Bear in mind that it is the weekend and it is a very busy time. It is highly unlikely that the Connect dial ups have been capped in some way.
