The Grass is not greener.

I'm back Smiley left plus.net for Nildram and wanted to come back as soon as my BB was switched, customer service was slow and broadband speed was even slower, connection kept dropping so I moved back to plus.net Smiley were my connection was always stable Smiley

Welcome back. Smiley

I have no doubt that you will see major improvements here in the short time that you have been away.

Improved support provision
Reduced call wait times
Increased capacity

...the list goes on and not forgetting a friendly and helpful bunch here on the forums Smiley

The Grass is not greener.

I'm as happy as a pig in the smelly stuff since going to PAYG. Over 6 Mbps this morning and consistently above 4 even on peak.

Wish I'd done it sooner.

Have you got access to the new trial network yet?

Yup Nildram has gone seriously down hill lately and all my friends who are on it are leaving faster than a bunch of rats deserting a sinking ship.
Sad to see one of the greats fall so far.

The improvements we have made can hopefully tempt people back to us, don't forget that you can get discounts for any that you refer Wink

Chris, when can those eligible for the BB+ slowdown refund, expect to see whether they meet the criteria?

The Grass is not greener.

I believe the refunds will be processed at the end of March, anyone eligible that has requested a refund should get them around then.

The Grass is not greener.

I've asked one of our provisioning guys to have a look into this for you.

Yeah, if you all want to leave, then let me refer you back, I'm happy to have a free connection Smiley

Can you technically refer enough people to have PN paying you for your connection? Wink

Welcome back anyway, things have improved recently, hopefully they'll only get even better!
