I would just like to say how happy I've been with the Plusnet team. After 3 years with Wanadoo on dialup I requested Broadband and was informedthat because there was a DACS on my line I would have to get BT to remove it before they could supply a broadband connection. BT informed me that only an ISP could get this removed by applying to BT for broadband on this line. After 2 months of this catch 22 situation I contacted several other ISPs getting the same reply as from Wanadoo, eventually I tried Plusnet and within 2 weeks had a broadband connection. The service from all sections of the Plusnet team was excellent and I was kept informed at all points and would like to say thankyou.

You will find, that compared to most ISP's this lot are hard to beat.

They do tend to be pretty good at sorting things out - and in the PlusNet rule book, two weeks is quite a long time!

Thanks for your comments, but please remember the 2 weeks was the time it took BT to remove the DACS as soon as they finished I had my connection.
