Thanks to CS (No - really!)

Well, I never thought I'd say this but I've just had my ticket replied to and it was, unlike previous replies, a very good one, all my questions answered in an informative and polite manner...

Unfortunately I [Closed] the ticket without adding a response so I'd just like to say thank you to B Pullen of Customer Services who answered my query in the aforementioned manner (I think he must be new! )

Anyway if I were PlusNet I'd give the man a pat on the back and a payrise, I was just about to jump ship and go to.. well.. I'll not insult you, let's just say elsewhere...
