Requested speed upgrade yesterday (Monday) at 08:13
Received ticket saying upgrade not possible until next billing date (01/05/2005)Posted gripe on forum about paying £14.99 to q jump but having to wait almost a month!
Got reply from Bob Pullen saying he would look in to it?
Returned home from work today (Tuesday) at 16:30 to find I had been upgraded to 2Meg

Notwithstanding all the current problems with speed Plusnet has always been good to me, and the customer service is top notch. unlike the BT call centres with Indians trying to call themselves "John" and "Ruth".
