Just to say thank you to all the plusnet support team. I had a problem with line speeds for several weeks.After going through all the tests / tweaks ect I was told I had a long line.I knew this was incorrect and the fault was with BT. Although I was slowly loseing it the support team kept with it and got BT to fix their problem.
