Our ADSL is now connected and 'flying'

Thank you and the team for your efficient and courteous help and support with the couple of issues we have had recently.

I know you have had some bad press in the forums lately but at least you respond to the issues and seem to do your best to get them resolved.

Once again thanks from a very happy customer.

Hey Rob

I'm just hoping tomorrow's ADSL upgrade will return my service to what it should be (and was up to last weekend). The service at the moment, for an ADSL service, is absolutely disgraceful.
