I am unhappy to see negative comments about the new regime. I can only hope they are teething troubles.

Metronet, specifically James, gets very high marks for clear and positive support over the years.
All his responses to my various help requests have been timely and helpful.
The new organisation should bend over backwards to maintain the user confidence he has nurtured so effectively, this is the biggest asset they have.
Trust and confidence is hard to generate and easy to lose.
