Terrible Speeds, can a member of staff look into it please?

Hi,

I have been having speed problems up and down for some time now, I raised a fault on the 6th June 2007 and was asked to do some checks etc.

I followed the instructions and on the 10th June I was asked to leave my modem/router turned on and inform plusnet when it would be on.

I informed plusnet it would be on, on Monday and Tuesday and asked them for a reply on Wednesday and twice on Thursday but I have still not had any response.

Can someone please get back to me regarding this?

Thanks

Jason

Speed test results (So it proves I can get a decent speed, just not very often unfortunately)

If I switch to option 2 will there be an additional charge? Also will it tie me in to another 12 month contract?

Thanks

You can change your account type, but if you've got some deferred hardware, you will need to pay for it when downgrading.
