Gaming pings = rubbish (and fluctuate wildly)
Pings to any website = rubbish
Download speeds (http) = poor (are down by almost 0.5mb.)

Well as I cant game online, with my useless Plusnet 1mb Premier ADSL connection, I have a lot of time on my hands, to do a lot of complaining, until Plusnet do something about it.

Do Plusnet even know about this problem?

Sux!

That post is here.

Essentially if I can find out on which side of the network (our's or BT's) it should help is to find the cause, and if it's something in our control fix it, if it's in BT's control report it them to fix.
