Support ticket, average times, is it showing the true time??

I have just been looking at the support system for Plusnet and it's showing the Longest Currently Waiting Call at 00:14:07

Does anyone know if this is 14 minutes, 14 hours or 14 days?

The reason I ask is beacuse I created a ticket on the 31st of August at 20:55:02 and so far have had no response to it.

This would suggest that the Longest Currently Waiting Call time is either incorrect or stating that the longest waiting ticket is 14 days.

Anyone know?

The 14 mins refers to a person waiting on the telephone if u didnt already know

Average close time and longest open, not too much difference.

I was only curious as I hadn't had a response so wanted to know if they were getting a lot of support requests or just ignoring me :lol:
