I'm still being throttled to death. P2P and USENET unusable in 'peak' times. Tech support have it assigned but are doing NOTHING to fix the problem. Was told the engineer would fix it on the 20th. Heard nothing from them. Anyone have any ideas who to complain to and whether it is worth it cos complaining via the ticket is like p*ssing in the wind. It is plain to see that PlusNet are trying to annoy their heavy users so they go elsewhere, and as a sideeffect kill p2p use. It's a shame as +net used to be my fave ISP and the teck support people the most friendly and helpful bunch I have come across.

there really is only 2 options here m8


1. Trading Standards, for the false advertising of "Premier Unlimited"
obviously only applicable if thats what you signed for

or


2. Move to another ISP, for your proper unlimited connection

Trading standards is not an option really, as +net have given all users that don't agree with the new T&c's the option to migrate FOC.

Now might be a good time to migrate though, if you feel you are not recieving the service that you are paying for...
