Stable rate

Hi,

How long has it been sync'd at 4000kbps or higher? In order to increase the throughput to 3500 you need to be sync'd at 4000kbps or more for at least 3 days, if it drops below 4000kbps at any point then that 3 day clock will reset.

Stable rate

Dave,

I was changed to Max three weeks ago, the lowest my sync has been is 4800kbps its usually over 5000kbps.

My stable rate has never changed from 2000kbps since the day I was maxed, I have tried disconnecting, leaving the router on for over three days etc, (TBH it is never normally switched off).

So something ain't working somewhere.
