Speed Problem

Hi,

I am on a 2Mb connection and it has been running at full speed since about 10am this morning. I would try rebooting everything and see if that helps.

Speed Problem

No problems that I can see.

- Your account isn't being managed.
- You are not on Max, so no BT profiling issues will exist.
- We don't have any specific speed issues

Have you tried rebooting your hardware to see if this improves your connection speed?

Speed Problem

It's back to full speed now 4 hours later.
My ADSL kept dropping out as well so not sure where the problem was.
I have noticed speed drops on Saturday pm before though not as severe as today.

Speed Problem

You haven't got a near neighbour that's in to DIY and using power tools on a Saturday afternoon?

Speed Problem

Same here. This afternoon router or adsl modem would not connect for about an hour. Error msg was couldn't connect to server. All ok now though.

PS. Got regraded recently to 2mn fixed .... it's lurverly. Much prefer a steady 1950 than a mythical upto 8 mbps that kept falling over itself 2 weeks in 4. Cheers PN
