Spam Folder Disappeared

Up to about a week ago, I had a folder named 'spam' in the postmaster mailbox. The folder is now absent and does not reappear when I reset list.
Only a very small amount of spam is getting through, but if an expected email does not arrive, I have no means of checked whether it has been listed as spam.
Where is the spam folder?

Spam Folder Disappeared

Are you looking in Webmail?

If so, you need to click the "Folders" link at the top of the right-hand pane. Scroll down to the bottom of the Folders page and on the right hand side should be a list of folders you can 'subscribe' to. Simply select the 'Spam' folder and subscribe to it, and it will then appear in your folder list.

If you've not received any spam yet, it won't be there.

Hope that helps.

Spam Folder Disappeared

I was looking in Windows Mail.
Looking at the imap folders it was listed but not visible.
I have now made it visible and can see it under 'Inbox'.
Many Thanks

I had 265 spam messages all of which were genuine spam.
