Howver its Friday afternoon and people will be relying on email for many things. There must be some one who can say the problem is going to take a few hours, many hours, a day, a week, a month, a year to sort. Email is a critical service to an ISP and customers rely on it. Give us a rough idea of when we can expect it to be sorted.
