Smooth upgrade - thanks!

Yesterday I placed an order for an upgrade to my ADSL Home product. I requested Broadband Premier with an uplift of speed from 512 to 2MB. That was at 13:00 on Wednesday.

07:00 on Thursday I switch the computer on and find I'm running at the faster speed already. No resetting modems, no phone calls to PlusNet, no effective downtime. Good email communication too - an email at every step of the way.

Signing contracts without reading the T&Cs - yeah I do it all the time :roll:

I require a reliable connection not enormous data volumes. PlusNet perform admirably for me.

What have I missed in the T&Cs to worry me?

Well if your user requirements are as you state, you shouldn't have any concerns. Traffic Shaping should not bother you. Just keep an eye on your speed.
