Slow Speeds?

At least that is consistent with the other results you are getting.

The next step is to run a BT speed test. This involves disconnecting, changing your login details to connect direct to BT and then running their speed test. Full instructions here.

Am on slow speeds too,

Downstream 124.9 Kbps ( = 0.1 Mbps )
Upstream 59.6 Kbps ( = 0.1 Mbps )

this from an BT IP Stream Office Max 20:1

Edit**

Just to Add have already did the BT speed tester and got 3775.0 kilo bits per second.

So it's not the exchange.

It's Green.

Slow Speeds?

That means it's down to Plusnet - raise a question giving the speedtest results.

thats what i think also.............when i get slow speeds around 400k, i connect to the bt speedtester and can attain in excess or 3-4mb, so my connection to bt is working, its got to be plusnet side of things
