Slow Access

Hi,

For the past couple of days, I have been lucky if I can reach 1kps transfer rate!

I have to admit, I don't usually have problems with it, only seems to have appeared of late.

My Modem is a Courier vEverything with the 56k Upgrade running through Smoothwall Firewall.

Has there been any issues with transfers through the 0808 numbers?

Good Morning,

There are no genric issues currently on the 0808 number. This may be a localised FRIACO fault.

The best thing you can do is to raise this via Contact Us.
We can pass your details to BT for investigation and they should be able to resolve your problem.

Another Speed Isssue

Is it just me, or are other users finding that the service is running seriously slow this evening.

I am experiencing this even after reconnecting about six times.

Any comments?
