Setting new records


Having been told that my ADSL was active on June 6, it wasn't, been told again two weeks ago all was good and the fault ticket closed, again it wasn't. Now 10 days after having been told that it has to be ceased and restored, find that the request to BT was (lost, mislaid, forgot about) [delete as you feel appropriate] am I setting a new record for a non-existant service or can anyone beat it?

Then again, anyone waiting longer may not have a web access through their work to post a reply!!!!!!!!!
