Service Status

I know! It's me again! And I'm harking on about the Service Status page!

In light of the current PRIORITY 1 issue with SPAM etc it is imperative that updates are handled promptly. Yesterday an update was scheduled for 1pm but it wasn't posted until 15:44 (2 and 3/4 hours late). The latest update was due at 2pm today - it is now 1443 and there still isn't an update! Are PN trying to break yesterday's record?

This is completely unacceptable and if PN are going to have the Status Page then they MUST maintain it.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. It doesn't take much effort and you know it is the professional answer!

The 6pm update for the cgi services is 21 hrs and 15 mins late! WOW

Hi,

This has been picked up internally and will be improved going forward.

The Service Status messages are being written as I type, and will be posted ASAP.

Thanks Mand.

Sorry to go on, but this is one of those things that really gets under my skin!

Yep, agreed, mine too! It is just very hard to guage when we're going to be in a position to make an update when it's going to be the next day.

We'll make sure that the next update times going forward are as accurate as possible, and hopefully we will exceed expectation.

I'm not interested in the next update times being as accurate as possible. What I want is for the advertised time to be the latest possible time - if an update appears one, two hours or even a day early, so what?

If you anticipate the next update being 2pm, put 6pm - but make b....y sure it is out by then!
