Service Name in Emails

Could the service name be included in all communications?

I received this automated message recently:

Dear Mr xxxx xxxx,

Thank you for choosing your new Metronet service! Confirmation of your change is below.

Your NEW service details
Broadband product: Metronet PAYGo Option 2 with included 2,097MB bandwidth

What happens now?

You can enjoy your new service now, if your one-off fee to change services has been paid. (If you are paying by cheque or BACS your service change will take place after this payment has been successfully taken). After this you need to disconnect and reconnect to the Metronet network for the service change to take place.
