Response required for a ticket raised on the 10th August

Can someone from Plusnet support Team answer a ticket (20039420) that I raised on the 10th.

It has had a reply etc and even been sent to BT but was sent back to myself without a resonable explanation as to why.

I have sent back a reply for the support team on the 24th August but have yet to see any further followup.

Please take a look and answer my questions please... or better still fix my problem.
