Removal of management but I was never managed ??

I got the email as below tonight saying 'This email is to notify you that you have successfully passed your billing date therefore peak-time usage management has been removed from your service'

but I have never had any email to indicate I was being managed. With these figures i thought I was well within the limits? Sad

My total usage over the last 3 months (2mb premier Acct) was

Oct - Nov : Peak 2.03Gb , Total 7.3 Gb
Nov - Dec: Peak 2.33Gb , Total 16.73Gb
Dec - Jan: Peak 2.13Gb , Total 12.63Gb

Any suggestions on why I might have been managed and why I was never informed?

Cool yeah.. that explains it... NOT !! Seriously though, is there something I have missed in the new limits. Maybe its to do with the 8am - 4pm limits? or have i just been wrongly informed that I was managed I wonder. Got an outstanding ticket that should hopefully explain it all. :roll:

You are under 20gb total in all the previous three months. There is no way you should be on a managed profile. Probably just a cock up with the e-mail that was sent.

Please accept my apologies for this, a few emails have been sent out in error and the developers are looking into it. The ones I've seen seem to be where someone's changing from the old (15GB of Usenet) profile to new one, where they are going from no profile to the new one (e.g. a new customer) or clean to clean. These events shouldn't trigger an email, but for some reason they are. It's just the email that's in error and accounts haven't had peak time management applied incorrectly. I've updated service status and will post on update tomorrow.
