I'm the guy that lost service back in July. The one that came on here and stirred up a load of shit over it.
Apparently, my call has now been escalated to 4th line at Piscali. Wow. I do feel honoured.
They still work only one day a week though, like the rest of PN, as I only seem to get updates to my call every 7 days or so.
Anyway, they sent me two text messages and three emails today asking me to test my line again. I ran home - dusted off my ADSL router, plugged it in, and guess what... ITS STILL A STEAMING PILE OF SHIT :lol:
