Regrade still pending

Hi; I requested a regrade on this account a couple of weeks ago, and it hasn't happened yet. Any progress? The other two accounts I requested regrades on both were regraded a week ago.

It looks as though we have your request, I'll go place the order manually for you. It should complete tomorrow and then your line will take around 10 days to find it's highest stable speed.
