Regrade done on 5th April???

Got this email from PlusNet back on the 5th but still stuck at 2mb, does this mean my line should of been upgraded by now.

PlusNet are pleased to confirm that your ADSL regrade to PlusNet Broadband
Premier Option 1 (Annual Contract, No Modem) is now complete.

Any requested speed change to your broadband service will take half a day
to activate.

If you have any further queries, our friendly Support team can be contacted
via the convenient Contact Us facility at our website,

I would of thought if this went through 21 days later it would be complete!!

That's the email which tells you we have moved you onto the new product set, the regrades are being completed seperately.
