When all these problems with the changeover to max dsl are finally sorted (IF THEY EVER ARE) it would be nice if Plusnet gave out a gesture of goodwill to all those of us who've had to put up with this terrible service and have been paying good money for a product they have not recieved. The sheer frustration of it all has been too much to bear, and the telephone helpline service has served no purpose but to drive us closer to the edge of despair. COME ON PLUSNET, DO THE HONOURABLE THING !!!!!
