How long does it take to show a referral in your account settingsHuh

I referred Oliver Sussat who joined last week, yet have no mention as yet in my reductions.

Am i jumping the gun a bit or have i been missed out for some reason?

Good Afternoon,

Referrals will only appear on your account once the referred account has been successfully billed.

I will look into this for you and post back.

Apologies you have not received a response to your query as yet.

I have just checked your account and can see that your friend has indeed been referred successfully. You may check this by clicking on 'My Referrals' on the portal and following the links.

Your friend has now been billed and therefore you should see the dicscount from this particular referral applied to your next bill.

Keep referring - it will be free before you know it :-)

Thanks for confirming that for me.....

I've been to my referrals section yet it still says £0.00 !!
