Referrals Email Apology

Hi guys,

This afternoon, an email (Subject: 'A perfect time to recommend') from Mark Kelly was sent to customers who have previously recommended PlusNet using our My Referrals system.

Unfortunately, some customers who had opted out of receiving email communications from us may still have received this email. This was discovered soon into the send of the email and the send was halted immediately. Some 'opted-out' customers, however, may still have received the email if theirs were sent prior to us stopping the send.

We would like to sincerely apologise to those customer who were emailed in error. We will be emailing affected customers with a specific apology.

No problem - it went straight to SPAM and was reported.....
