Received some good service today re Downgrade Charge

Just thought I should commend Mr Dan Dunford for his prompt reply to my problem. I was charged £14.99 for downgrading from Premium to Plus without being informed of the charge. Dan has kindly refunded my credit card. Another member of the support team was less helpful but he shall remain nameless.

Just out of interest, what are your opinions on the £14.99 downgrade charge? It seems pretty cheeky to me. Speed upgrades I can understand being charged for (as BT charge) but downgrading to Plus? Cheeky! Probably takes about 5 mouse clicks!

The subject of PlusNet admin fees (which the charge is) has been discussed at length many times both here and on ADSLguide, so rather than repeating it all again I suggest you search the forums for those threads.
