Really happy - thank you :-)

Hi all,

I occassionally post moans and questions to these boards, so I thought it was only right to post this too.

Although it took a long time for my free speed upgrade to happen, since it has been implemented I have been VERY impressed with the speed.

On a 2Mbps connection we are always above 1800kbps download.

I've been very impressed with customer service when ever I've needed to contact you too.

Thanks.

True, but I'm sure "other" ISPs will be watching this +Net fiasco with interest, and would have to be pretty stupid to make the same mistakes.

Granted, they're free to implement an SUP, but having learned from this, will at least inform customers before effectively throwing them off.

Gotta agree with you as customer services have been really helpful with me once I got connected, its just took them a while to get my order done and trying to get re-grade to 2mb now due to incorrect line information!

Feeling the lurve once again

Not particularly happy about the 30Gb peak limit but otherwise happy with the service.

Other ISP's will start to apply caps, so I'm in the wait and see camp.
