After 1 week, my ticket number has still not been resolved 19651144
I feel like i'm being completely ignored by the support, I have never experienced such attrocious Customer Service. 160kbps isn't what i signed up for.

My final attempt to get this sorted before I cancel my account.
Support, please address this.

I'm not disagreeing because it is fact the only way that anything seems to get done. I had a call escalated on Monday but no contact or updates since then Sad
