Raising a webmail problem ticket - How?

How on earth do you raise a ticket these days to say the Webmail is broken - again?

Anyone know or is it just a ploy to stop more problems being uncovered?

Raising a webmail problem ticket - How?

Hi there,

We're aware that there are problems with Webmail:-
http://usertools.plus.net/status/archive/1152092949.htm

In future you can raise a question here:-
http://www.plus.net/wizard/index.html

Follow the wizard through as best fits your enquiry. If this results in a support page opening in a separate window then close it and you should see an option to contact the support centre.

Make sure you aren't blocking pop-ups and have Javascript enabled.

Thanks Bob, not that obvious really. Requires not taking the wording too literally. :?

I looked for a Service status message and it wasn't (still isn't listed). How did you access the message yourself?

Well the service status indicates an intermittent problem, I say it is offline/unavailable, retrying as suggested does not help.

Any why was the phone number removed from the bottom of each web page? It used to be so easy to contact support.
