I rasied a ticket this morning concerning a cheque recieved by you. Can you return the ticket over the next hour.

If i dont hear from you in a ticket then i presume that you wish for me to phone up.

Hi Karl,

All tickets are addressed in the order that they are recieved, initially, and any further response depends upon the department that they are escalated to.

I believe that you have called us this evening and I can see that your ticket has now been escalated to the accounts department.

Hey m8, if you see my ticket list, for 3 months service, well, it takes plusent ages to find relevant information. If they not carefull, i will post each ticket on each forum available. see if they read them then.



Not, they just delete them, But it causes them hell.
