Raised Ticket. No response for 2 days.

I raised a ticket about an error I'm getting with Webmail. Simple and Advanced. Each of my messages contain this at the bottom.

Content-Type: text/html Sorry, Webmail has encountered a problem.
The error message follows: Can't open file: 'EmailUIDL_e.MYI'. (errno: 145)

It also comes up when I try to send a message.

Anyone out there.................?

Hi,

Sorry for the delay with this ticket, the problem has now been raised to our developers who are investigating the problem for you.

Indeed,

I have 2 tickets in the system at the moment. No response on either since 26 May.

1 ticket is ongoing since 28 April the other is a new query.

The CSC must be running flat out at the moment. There seems to be bit of a lag in ticket response times.

Can say that again ! Sad

Ticket 16629796 Open Raised: 2005-05-23 19:36:35

Not as bad as being open a month (I thought they would automatically close if it was that long), but over a week and was updated this morning ... (thought I should look before stating 'no update' and find I was wrong!)

In fairness the month long ticket is sort of ongoing. It requires work from developers, hence the delay on that one. In the main the core issue is not down to the CSC.
