How can it be so difficult to raise a ticket with Plusnet now.
I have repeatedly raised a question using the ALL NEW help assistant, but everytime I go through the set questions to the box ask your question here, but, whatever I ask I get the same automated response & the ticket is closed,
What possible use is that ?
I even posted a query asking for a manual acknowledgement of my request but just got the very same automatic response.
Does anyone at plusnet actually read any of the points raised by us ??
