Question response times

I have had to raise a question to PN support as my speed is almost unusable and has been for about a week - the all important question is how long do PN usually take to respond to these kind of support issues - 3 days or 3 months?

Waaaayyyyy too technical for me. The figures I've just copied from my last few speed tests using the Plusnet bandwidth speed test, the far right figure is the speed I'm getting so 127 on my last test

As well as the Plusnet speed tester (which can be unreliable) try some from the ADSL Guide here and see what results you get from that.
I find it a bit more accurate than the Plusnet one.
