This morning at 1000hrs I raised a question via the help and support screen. The time given for answers was just over two hours.
This evening closure time is:

Question Handling Statistics
Average closure time
1 hour, 56 minutes and 12 seconds


Target closure time
8 hours


Why am I still waiting 12hrs later? The question was pivotal in my decision to either migrate or stay.

It looks like they have made my mind up without even answering the question!

I think their customer service stats are still nonsense. They still have yet to change the page to read "average response" rather than "average closure" time -- big difference.

Furthermore, if they really wanted to be transparent they would also display the min, maximum, standard deivation, etc. so that we'd get a better idea of times.

Try ringing them and then continually refresh the stats page to see when you go past the time for the 'Longest call waiting now'. I managed to waiting over 5 minutes more than the longest call waiting time on Sunday. Magic!
