I hate to have to chase this up through here, but ticket ID: 19353312 has been open since 10th May, with no answer from PN since 23rd May.

Would someone from PN Customer Service have a look & see what is happening for me?

I know it's been the weekend, but an acknowledgement that someone will take a look would be good.
