Has anyone else noticed the call closure time appearing to trend in the wrong direction? Today the stat is over 8hrs having been 7.x hrs for a while.
(Anyone capturing that stat on a daily basis? Except PN of course - I mean they must be, musn't they?)
(Why ask this question? Trends are much more useful than single point statistics. I have a friend who wants to move to broadband and I can't bring myself to recommend PN, having done so without too much thought in the past, because she wants excellent support as a key criteria. If the trend for support shows no improvement it helps my decision process.)
