Why is it that recently F9 have been having nothing but problems.

It seems one thing after another

Don't they have backup systems in operation?

Are they going to refund anybody because of the lack of service they have been providing recently.

How are they going to cope with the new packages they are rolling out from July. If their advertising line rental, calls and 50gb broadband for £21 a month, then if they want people on it they need to sort out their systems.

They go on about other providers, what they are offering yet they can't seem to provide the Quality of Service everyone expects from them and what they have provided in the past.

Also when the new packages go online are they then going to reduce the cost of all other packages for users.
