Q Jump - Automatic Ticket Closure?

Hi all! I raised a ticket requesting a queue jump on the 28th April. It was there unanswered this afternoon, though when i checked by just now 20:50hrs the ticket is "missing". I have had no response & the ticket, like i say seems to have vanished! Now, i was just wondering... Like the rest of you who have had tickets closed automatically, does it just happen as i described, i.e. as if you never raised the ticket in the first place :?:

No - mine is still there but shows "automatic closure".

Ar you filtering on open tickets only?

Q Jump - Automatic Ticket Closure?

Bizarrely enough, I think I might have been "maxxed" just before the ticket was closed, but I understand that the automatic closure is when they send it to BT. Anyway, both happened early this afternoon.

As long as you've had a reply then yourname will be on the list to jump the Queue, I was upgraded to MaxDSL the other day from Queue Jumping so it does work!

Q Jump - Automatic Ticket Closure?

I have a couple of friends on giffnock who have MaxDSL, all on different ISPs however, they don't seem to have had any major problems yet!
