I have updated the ticket with the trace routes you requested. I timed the page load for forums.mmch.co.uk and forums.overclockers.co.uk with Plusnet and BT Openworld. Both were logged in with my username on the forum.

Plusnet mmch - 9 sec, overclockers - 11 sec

BT mmch - 3 sec, overclockers - 4 sec

As you can see the page load times are terrible and the trace routes don't really show this up, are you using a cache.
