'Priority Problems on the Portal' is LIVE!

A big congrats to Colin Ogilvie for his first early morning rollout. Priority Problems on the Portal, a project Colin has run with and been working (very hard!) on since he started, is now live on the Portals. You can now see which Priority (P1) problems we’re currently working on, with comments directly from the developers / engineers who are investigating, fixing, and testing!

Check it out here :

Where do I find the link to this page from the member centre? I went looking in Help & Support and couldn't find it.

Ah - just found it!

On the Service Status tab, under the first table in Related Links:

I didn't see what you meant for a moment. I was looking top right of the page rather than top of the second column!

Or do you set priority problems as your homepage in one browser, and service status as your homepage in a different one Smiley

Or even better... if you use a tabbed browser get it to open 2 tabs with each in it as your home pageS :-) I used to have mine open up all forums plus Workplace...

Very clear and informative.

The ability to add yourself to the list of affected customers should prove to be a very good tool for both customers and PN - in respect of speeding up the proccess of fault fixing.

Looks good.

My only comment would be that it might be nice to have some details of who is making the comments (though I guess in many cases it should be obvious).

Names would be pretty meaningless outside of PlusNet, but maybe having the department name would be nice just to make it slightly more clearer about how diagnosis and fix of the fault is progressing.
