Previous ISP off my line, migration date is today...

But I can't connect to Plusnet. I've tried my username (djw657@plusdsl.net) and my password but I can't connect. My previous ISP no longer works and I'm having to use the local rate 0845 number to dial up.

Could somebody from CS please help me out please? By the way, I know there should be a little downtime between the migration but this has been like this for 2 and a half hours now. It's not really bothering me, I just would like to know what's going on.

Anyway, thanks for any help.

Welcome to Plus Net and the forum.

If your router / modem is synching ok, then give support a ring 08451400200 they should be able to sort you out.

BT may not have notified Plus net that your migration is complete.

Thanks very much, just gave them a call, all sorted out now.
